NIGHT WALK
Night walks for a group of approximately 25 people
In an ever more illuminated and surveilled world, let us walk through the woods and along the edges of our industrial zones, together, as a pack and on the alert, and experience the spaces and times that night has to offer. Let us surrender to its smells, its shadows, and above all, its sounds. Let us confront our fears together, arm in arm, and allow ourselves to be moved by nocturnal forces. NIGHT WALK is a journey through a fragment of night, into an environment that is above all sonic. Using low-tech means, this choreographic proposition reminds us that our bodies are powerful vibration sensors, exceptional listening bodies, gigantic ears. Through the mediums of radio, voice and performance, fragments of fiction are woven into the nocturnal soundscape, giving it a poetic-political wavelength.
NIGHT WALK is an invitation to a nocturnal walk for a group of approximately 25 people. After a collective warm-up of body and mind, we set off at blue hour to encounter the darkness as it settles in, and the spaces it creates. A discussion at the end of the walk is also planned.
